At Beamani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free returns process to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.


Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, so please make sure to return items within this timeframe.


Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unworn & Unused: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, if possible.
  • Cosmetics & Beauty Products: For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.


How to Return Your Items

Returning your Beamani purchase is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Returns Form:
    • Fill out the returns form included with your order. If you misplaced it, please visit our Returns Page and download the form.
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Carefully repackage your items, including the completed returns form, original receipt, and any accompanying items (like freebies, if applicable).
  3. Send Back Your Item(s):
    • Choose your preferred return carrier. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
    • Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange, depending on your preference.
    • Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we’ll be happy to assist. Simply return the original item following the instructions above, and place a new order for your desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We’re committed to providing high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Beamani.

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@beamani.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.


Return Shipping Costs

  • UK Returns: For standard returns, you will be responsible for return postage costs.
  • EU & International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe return delivery.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or damaged, Beamani will cover the return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items (if applicable)
  • Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Beauty products (unless faulty)


Additional Notes

  • We are unable to process returns for items that are not returned in their original condition, including any signs of wear, use, or damage.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are properly packaged to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
